ANSI/Long Length Stub Ends & Larger Diameter Stub Ends

• ANSI/long length stub ends in alloy 304/304L, 316/316L, schedule 10s, 40s and 80s with sizes ranging from 1/2" to 10".

• Large diameter stub ends in alloy 304/304L, 316/316L, schedule 10s and 40s with sizes ranging from 14" to 24" along with the capability to manufacture them up to 42" (outside diameter) and special lengths up to 36" long.

Hard to find sizes and schedules in stainless and high alloys are also inventoried or can be manufactured in a timely fashion.

1. Specifications - Jero, Inc. Stainless Steel and nickel alloy stub ends are manufactured and tested in accordance with ASTM A - 403, ASTM A - 774 and ASTM B - 366 or ASME SA - 403 and ASME SB - 366.

STUB ENDS ARE MANUFACTURED TO THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATIONS:

Class WP - W - Meets the requirements of ANSI - B16.9 and all welds made by the fitting manufacturer, with the addition of filler metal, radiographically examined throughout the entire length. However, if the starting pipe is welded without the addition of filler metal, radiographic examination is nor required.

Class WP - WX - Meets the requirements of ANSI - B16.9 and all welds, whether made by the fitting manufacturer or the starting material manufacturer, radiographically examined throughout the entire length.

Class WP - WU - Meets the requirements of ANSI - B16.9 and all welds have been ultrasonically tested.

Class CR - Meets the requirements of MSS SP - 43 and radiograph of welds not required.

Product is either manufactured out of seamless or welded pipes.

2. Certified Material Test Report (CMTR) are furnished with all orders.

3. Facing of Lap Joint Stub Ends - Spiral serrations are in accordance with MSS SP - 6. Concentric serrations, smooth or plain face, are priced on application.

4. Special sizes and schedules will be priced on application.

5. Special Test Charges are priced on application.

6. Marking is in accordance with ASTM A - 403, B - 366 and MSS SP - 25 using electro chemical etch.

7. Dual Alloy Stainless Stub Ends - All (304/304L, 316/316L) will be marked as dual grade fittings.

8. Return of Material - No product of our manufacture may be returned without our written consent. All goods returned are subject to a handling charge plus freight in both directions and charges for any required reconditioning, unless otherwise specified in writing by Jero, Inc.

All orders are subject to acceptance only by Jero, Inc. at its home office, Florence, KY. This price sheet establishes current list prices and all terms and conditions of sale and is subject to change without notice.

Terms: Net cash 30, days 1% discount 10 days. The buyer shall bear the risk of loss or damage to goods in transit. All shipments are F.O.B. Florence, KY to $5000.00 net and there after prepaid to one destination point.

All accounts are payable in United States funds, free of collection, exchange or any other charges.

The amount of any sales, use, occupancy, or excise tax of any kind for which Jero, Inc. is legally liable, either initially or through failure of payment of purchaser, shall be added to the prices quoted and purchaser agrees to pay the same to Jero, Inc., unless otherwise specifically arranged.

Jero, Inc. is not responsible for delays, defaults, or damages due to any causes whatsoever, beyond Jero, Inc.'s control, including fires, floods, accidents, strikes, embargoes and governmental action.

Orders for special fittings are accepted only with the agreement that the purchaser will pay for work performed, material used, and a reasonable profit in event of cancellation.

Cancellation of orders placed with and accepted by Jero, Inc. may be made only with our written consent and may be subject to cancellation charge.

Claims for shortages, damaged products, or nonconformance of products must be made in writing within ten (10) days after receipt of items shipped, provided that Jero, Inc. is afforded the opportunity to investigate.

Warranty: All Jero, Inc. products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment, and any found to be defective within that period will be replaced without charge, provided (1) that the product was used as recommended and in accordance with approved installation and operating practices; (2) that its failure resulted from a manufacturing defect and not from damage due to corrosive, abrasive and other wear normally expected in the services involved; and (3) that written notice of such defect is delivered to Jero, Inc. during such one (1) year period. No labor costs or other expense will be assumed. This express warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, guarantees or representations, expressed or implied. There are no implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose.

Seller's Liability: Jero, Inc.'s liability in any cause of action arising from manufacturing defects of defective material in the items sold is limited solely to the replacement, free of charge, of such defective items or to the refunding to the buyer of the purchase price of such defective items, whichever is of less cost to Jero, Inc. Jero, Inc. shall not be responsible for the results of technical advice or services rendered in connection with the design, installation or use of any product. Jero, Inc. shall not be liable in any cause of action for any interruption of operations, loss of profits, or for special, incidental, contingent or consequential damages.

Additions: Any increase to an order will be entered and priced as a new order.

Minimum Charges: $100.00 net per order. Discounts are applicable to a single order entered at one time for shipment to a single destination.
